**Stanza 31-32-33:** Stanza 31 describes Baldr’s death, the next stanza describes the birth of Vali and slaying of Hǫðr and the last one describes the weeping of Frigg.
31. ‘I saw for Baldr, for the bloody sacrifice,
for Óðinn’s child, fates concealed;
[full-]grown there stood, higher than the fields,
slender and most fair, the mistletoe.
32. ‘From that tree, which seemed slender,
came a dangerous harm-shaft; Hǫðr shot.
Baldr’s brother was soon born;
that son of Óðinn struck when one night old.
33. ‘He never washed his hands or combed his head,
before he carried Baldr’s opponent to the pyre;
but Frigg wept in Fensalir
for the woe of Valhǫll. Would you know still [more], or what?
**Stanza 60:** Describes how Hǫðr and Baldr will comeback once all evil will be corrected.
‘Unsown acres will sprout,
all evil will be corrected; Baldr will come;
Hǫðr and Baldr will inhabit Hroptr’s victory-halls
well, [as] gods of the slain. Would you know still [more], or what?
Stanza 27-28: While Loki insult Frigg, she tells him that If Baldr was still alive, Loki would not be able to escape. Then Loki confirms that it was hes doing that Baldr could not come back from Hel.
Frigg said:
27. ‘Know [this, that] if I had inside, in Ægir’s halls,
a boy like Baldr,
you wouldn’t escape from the sons of the Æsir,
and you’d then be fought by furious ones!’
Loki said:
28. ‘Do you still wish, Frigg, that I speak more
of my wicked words?
I brought it about that you’ll never again
see Baldr riding to halls!’
The entire narrative of the poem concerns Baldr, so I recommend reading the whole poem, it narrates how Odin speaks to a dead volva about Baldr’s fate. I provide a summarization here.
